You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
